Sauvignon Blanc Palagio
The grapes, harvested in september, are pressed softly. It’s kept for 6 months, in steel vats where it has a natural clarification. This wine arrives in bottle in spring time, and we suggest to drink it in the first two years after the production. Straw colour, with green reflection, has a smell of yellow pepper, leaves of tomatoes, and shading of menthol.
The Sauvignon Blanc is pleasant with risotti and shellfish.
