Grappa di Vin Santo
From dried grapes not less than 6 months we get, after one decade of aging a great Vin Santo. What remains of dried grapes once pressed, will resulted in the same day to the distiller who arrange for their brew. After the fermentation and distillation provides for this grappa obtained is passed 9 months in small barrels of mixed woods. This is absolutely the softer and intriguing grappa in our range.
Bottle produced annually: 200 bottles of 0.500 litre
