Olio Extra Vergine d’Oliva 100% Italiano

Obtained from a blend of 6 different varieties of Tuscan olives, it is produced starting from the second part of November when the olives are already purple and the yield is higher than the olives harvested in the previous 30 days from which Chianti Classico DOP Oil is obtained.

The olives are crushed within 24 hours of collection which takes place with mechanical facilitators.

Practices that in any case guarantee an excellent oil at a cheaper price than the DOP oil which is instead obtained by manual harvesting made 30-40 days before, when the yields are lower

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is suitable for both dressing and cooking.
The nose is slightly fruity with hints of ripe olive. In the mouth it is round and soft, slightly spicy with an almondy taste.

Ideal for preparing vegetable soup, cooking fish in the oven and for cooking roasts and meat stews, as well as being the base together with the chopped onions, carrots, parsley and celery and pork and beef of the famous Tuscan ragu to season any type of short pasta and tortelli

It is sold in 750 ml glass bottles and in 250 – 500 ml and 1 – 3 – 5 liter cans

Store, if possible, in a dark place at a temperature between 10° and 22°C / 50° – 70°F
