The production of this wine, is made from a vineyard called “Curtifreda”, the ancient middle age name of the estate. Only Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are used for this strong and compact wine with extremely fruity flavour, which recalls the liquorice. It slightly maintains the characteristics of all its original varieties of grape (with an herbaceous flavour of pepper). 24/30 months in french barriques of Nevers tend to soften the tannins, conveying it an elegant flavour and then, one year in bottle makes it fully mature. It is a generous wine that can be aged up to twenty years.
